Returns & Refund Policy

At Cultrove, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Due to limited drops, hygiene standards, and the nature of streetwear apparel, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.

Returns or replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged item received during delivery
  • Manufacturing defect (verified after review)

To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.

Requests without valid proof may not be approved.

Please note:

  • No return or exchange for size selection errors
  • No refund for change of mind purchases
  • No cancellation after the order has been shipped
